Meeting space
A meeting space* for up to 6 people can be booked from £17 an hour, £60 for a half day or £100 a day, with access to the kitchen for free tea and coffee and large presentation screen.
*access is required. Viewing is advises before booking to ensure the space meets your needs.

- How many people does the meeting room accommodate?
Our meeting room comfortably seats up to 6 people, making it ideal for team sessions, client meetings, interviews or planning days.
- What’s included in the meeting room?
The room includes a presentation screen, super-fast WiFi, and a calm, private environment so you can focus on what matters. Tea and coffee are also available to help keep things flowing.
- How do I book the meeting room?
All bookings are made through the Archie App or via our website. You can choose the time that suits you and manage everything in one place.
- How do I access the space for my meeting?
Your booking will act as your digital door key via the Archie App. You’ll be able to access the building during your booked time. It is advised that you download the Archie App in advance of your booking.
- Do I need to be a member to book the meeting room?
No — the meeting room is available to both members and non-members.
- Can I view the meeting room before booking?
Of course. If you’d like to check the layout, space or tech setup, you’re very welcome to request a visit beforehand.
- Is the meeting room private?
The meeting room is semi-private in that access is required at all times. If you are not sure if this would suit your needs, then a visit to view the space in advance is always welcomed or give us a call to have any questions answered.
- Can I take calls or present from my laptop in the meeting room?
Yes — the presentation screen allows you to easily connect via an HDMI cable.
- Can I book the meeting room for a full day?
Yes — you can book the meeting room for as long as you need, whether that’s an hour, half a day or a full day.
